SUPPORT PLANNER, ROUGH SLEEPING ACCOMMODATION PROJECT, BOSTON AND EAST LINDSEY, PERMANENT, 37 HPW, FRWK06 £19,334 - £21,415

Rough Sleeping Accommodation Project is a community based support service providing vulnerable people who have slept rough with accommodation and support in order to help them to be able to positively move on with their lives and achieve independent living.

We are looking for candidates who can communicate with people in a friendly and welcoming manner. You will need to be reliable and enthusiastic with an understanding of safeguarding. Experience of working in an accommodation service or similar environment is not necessary but preferable.

The main functions of these roles are;

• Completion of Individual Support Plans and assessments

• Review of Risk

• To ensure that clients and the building are safe and secure

• To build the skills and confidence of service users to empower them in maximising their independence

• To contribute to the achievement of contractual service obligations

• To work in partnership with other agencies to maximise service delivery

• To take responsibility of the welfare of the service users on site

• To assist service users in moving on into settled accommodation

The role will require you to work flexibly to assist the needs of the service.

You must have a current driving licence and access to a car in order to cover the accommodations across Boston and East Lindsey
