SF Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Supply Chain Analyst & Trade Administrator.
This is an existing role which is coming available due to internal promotion
The role
To achieve a high customer service level, whilst meeting Company stock level targets. To coordinate and maintain successful admin support for both internal and external users
Analyst Duties:
- Support the Supply Chain Manager and the Supply chain supervisor in the delivery of improved forecasting and demand planning information and reports.
- To ensure that GB supply chain is aligned and operating to the same principles and structure as the new central demand team.
- To support the supply chain team in the preparation and production of all forecast and stock related reporting requirements.
- To manage the creation and distribution of supply chain information to agreed recipients throughout the business.
- To carry out investigative analysis on product and category performance as required.
- To assist the Supply Chain Manager and Supply Chain Supervisor on a variety of project tasks that are created by central and local senior management.
- To develop a reporting suite to support the business need.
- To support the SCM and SC team in the delivery of supply chain information
Trade Admin Duties:
- Setting up new users for access
- Monitor and maintain up to date availability / supply information
- Ensure confidentiality and appropriate use of customer information according to Data Pro-tection requirements
- Maintain current awareness of IT and e commerce developments
- Inform retailers how to access and use the system and interpretation of the information available
- Recording and reporting technical faults / customer complaints
- Liaison with IT to resolve access problems; fault-finding
- Provision of 'How to' user guides
- Amendments to accessibility by brand /user/ site/ home or trade
- Assistance during implementation of A2A for trade orders and Home Delivery
- Contribute towards ongoing improvement of functions and provide Administration support to the Supply Chain functions
The candidate:
- Knowledge of Excel / Word / Powerpoint
- Knowledge of SAP / Business Object / Every Angle
- Experience of planning / forecasting environment would be desirable
- Qualified to at least 'A' level standard
- Highly numerate / analytical
- Very good organisational skills
- Able to prioritise well
- Good oral and written communicator
- Multilingual an advantage
- Able to work well under pressure
- Able to meet tight time schedules
- Confident
- Assertive
- High levels of accuracy in work produced and good attention to detail
- Awareness of wider business requirements
- Good team player
Salary: GBP22,000pa - GBP25,000pa dependent on experience. Plus 6k annual bonuses.
