Our client is one of the UK's most respected processors of fresh fruit supplying many of the top UK food retailers. They are renowned for supporting communities across Western Africa by sourcing and processing and packing high quality prepared "at-source" fresh fruit products. Our client is now seeking an NPD Manager to join their highly motivated team and to continue to deliver exceptional quality products to their customers.
Reporting directly to the Commercial Director, you will be responsible for driving the NPD and innovation plan for both product and packaging. Working closely with a number of retailers, this customer focused role will depend on you building strong established relationships with the client. As such, you need to have exceptional communication skills and demonstrate a record of NPD, innovation and first to market success.
