OVERVIEW
Great opportunity for an experienced HR Officer to work in a busy, friendly and close knit HR team working for a highly successful engineering company.
The role will require dealing with a lot of employee relations and we are looking for someone with a strong ER background.
This is a full on operational HR generalist role working as part of the busy HR department working closely with the senior leadership team. Excellent exposure to Managers and senior managers in different roles across the business and working closely with operations to really make sure that HR does add value.
The ideal HR candidate will enjoy working in an operational environment, dealing with day-to-day HR but also capable of leading on HR projects, building strong and credible relationships right across the business, mentoring junior HR and working as a close team member supporting each other. There is a great atmosphere in the HR department and it is important to find an HR Advisor who enjoys working hard but also having fun and a 'bit of banter' in the office too! This is a really special place to work and very team orientated.
THE ROLE:
-Working in a busy HR office, as a strong team player leading on ER, getting involved in day-to-day HR, dealing with all HR site queries and building strong credible relationships not only with the management team but also senior leadership team. This is an ideal role for an HR professional who has experience working in a manufacturing/operational environment and enjoys this type of environment.
-A great fun HR department and a very close knit team, the HR role is a full operational HR generalist role and incorporates all of HR. Excellent opportunity to get involved, lead on certain projects, support a senior experienced HR Manager and mentor junior HR.
