Randstad is recruiting for a Contracts Specialist on behalf of a global medical device and health care leader, who are dedicated to helping people reach their full health potential.

Location: Abingdon

Hours: 9 am to 5 pm, Monday - Friday

Pay Rate: GBP20,000 per annum

Responsibilities

Setting up new customer accounts and making customer account amendments
Validating credit checks
Following good documentation practice
Ensure customer invoicing complaints are logged and resolved
Replying to customer queries
Answering incoming customer calls
Helping in other departments when requestedThis role has the potential for remote working.

Qualifications

Secondary Education or equivalent
Experience with working in an office-based, customer services or administration environment.
Good working knowledge of Salesforce, Microsoft Office applications and experience using Sage and other complex systems

Comfortable answering phone calls
5 years of referencing (employment or alternative activity) history will need to be obtained if you are successful in your application.
