Our client is looking for an outgoing and friendly person to work as a Sales Co-ordinator, dealing with customers both in person and over the telephone, delivering exceptional customer service.
The role will involve:
* Liaison with customers and internal departments, offering product and customer support and advice by telephone and email
* Develop strong relationships with customers, suppliers and end users
* Prepare customer quotations and deal with general enquiries
* Upsell products and services in the showroom offering a warm and friendly customer experience
* All related customer service queries including complaint handling
* Perform general administrative tasks including scanning, logging orders and updating the system
* Update and input onto an internal IT System
We are looking for:
* An extremely driven, friendly and professional person
* Someone with a good character, good sense of humour to work within a friendly and hardworking team
* Strong attention to detail
* Excellent IT skills
* Strong communication and negotiation skills
* Experience of dealing with a wide range and level of client and customer
* The ideal candidate will be looking to establish a career within a professional environment
Hours 8am - 4.30pm or 8.30am - 5.00pm and 1 Saturday morning in 6
The role will be offered on an initial 2 month temporary assignment with a view to becoming permanent.
