Description:
Job Purpose:
To be the technical expert for Salesforce, responsible for the architecture, design, and ongoing changes. Work on key initiatives to deliver new capabilities that will enable to optimise its return on investment.
Key Responsibilities & Tasks:
Technical Expert for Salesforce CRM and Marketing Cloud
Manage relationships and communication with senior stakeholders.
Ensure that AM maximise investment made in Salesforce products and adopt relevant updates in a timely manner
Define and Maintain system security and integrity
Master Data Management, Ensure Data Quality, migration and maintenance
Constantly review As Is system landscape, identify gaps and provide desired solution design recommendation applying Salesforce Best practices.
Relationships with stakeholders, at all levels and across the business.
Relationship with CRM provider, partner and integration partners.
Ability to work with in-house and outsourced development teams in a multi-supplier environment
Management of budget allocated to CRM Programme. Manage and measure expenditure against plan and report variations in the budget. Ensure funds are available when needed throughout the programme.Qualifications & Experience:
Degree qualified or equivalent
Experience in a Salesforce Architecture role with an extensive understanding of (url removed) platform offerings (ie Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, (url removed), etc )
Multiple Salesforce certifications
Good understanding of underlying infrastructure components such as cloud IaaS and network architecture
(url removed) Integration experience using a variety of application integration approaches but primarily using tools such as Mulesoft and an understanding of Web API's such as Rest servicesRemuneration:
One management lease vehicle and access to another vehicle via the Mercedes scheme.
7.5% annual target bonus, with the opportunity to earn up to a maximum bonus of 15%.
