Key responsibilities include:
- Previous experience of working in the catering environment and events management;
- Ticketing & Membership sales and general customer service;
- Week-end reports and reconciliation;
- Completion of the banking and all cash handling processes;
- Ability to be flexible and adapt working patterns and tasks to meet day-to-day variations in property needs;
- Excellent front of house persona - warm, welcoming, patient and understanding;
