Accountant Assistant
Temp to Perm
Salary up to GBP30k
Wokingham based
Syntech Recruitment are recruiting an Accountant Assistant for our medical client based out of Wokingham. Working close with the financial department, you will assist in the monthly management of accounts, VAT returns and financial statements.
Accountant Assistant responsibilities:
Work close with the Financial department to carry out various tasks
Prepare cash flow information each month and input into the cash flow forecast
Assist with sales order processing, which includes generating job sheets, labels and invoices
Assist with purchasing, booking in and trying up suppliers invoices
Answer and direct phone calls
Work with the companies SAGE 200 system
Accountant Assistant Profile:
Proven experience working with Sage 200
Prior experience inside an accountant/account's assistant role
Confidence to answer phones and distribute emails
Experience with Microsoft packages (Excel, word etc)
