Our Client is a highly successful Company with a reputation for excellence within it's Industry. They are currently seeking an experienced and talented Shipping Administrator to join the busy team based in Livingston.
This is a busy and, at times, challenging role but is also rewarding and varied. The role will involve:
* Creating Commercial Invoices and Packing Lists
* Liaising with Freight Forwarders
* Requesting and analysing shipping quotations
* Management and selection of freight forwarders to ensure best price and service
In order to be considered, you should have:
* Knowledge of Import/Export paperwork, regulations and processes
* Knowledge of Incoterms
* Knowledge of Letters of Credit
* Knowledge of Attested Documentation (Certificates of Origin, etc)
* Strong communication skills in working with suppliers, customers and internal partners
* Managing workload and prioritising
* SAP experience
* Excellent Excel skills
* Attention to detail
