Contract: Full time, permanent
Location: Leicester, LE12 - you will need to be able to drive due to location of the role
Salary: GBP18,000 - GBP23,000
Start Date: ASAP - Happy to work around notice periods
Our client specialises in construction refurbishments across the UK. Due to business growth and project demands, our client is now seeking an experienced office administrator to join their team.
Your New Role
As a project coordinator/office administrator, you will be responsible for providing office administration to the Senior Project Coordinator and to Project Managers across the UK. Responsibilities may include supporting the sales department with providing and sourcing quotations, placing purchase orders, processing invoices, and ensuring deliveries are received on time and the customer receives an excellent service from start to finish. As well as support project managers with liaising with contractors/site managers, completing risk and method statements, typing of correspondence and ensuring all files/systems remain accurately updated.
What You Will Need
Our client is looking for the successful candidate to have previous administration experience and be confident taking ownership of their own workload, as well as being an efficient and reliable member of the team. Due to working in an open office environment, you will build effective relationships both internally within your team, and with external contractors/suppliers who visit the office regularly. Due to the role being very varied, you will be highly organised and adaptable ensuring projects are delivered within agreed time scales.
