Our client has a 6 month opportunity for a professional and friendly Receptionist to work in a busy and varied role for a large, professional organisation.
This is a key support role for the business, acting as the first point of contact for visitors and customers, as well as providing a range of support services to the wider team.
Duties will include:
• Being the first point of contact for all incoming calls, directing them as appropriate and taking messages.
• Welcoming visitors to site, advising them of company health & safety and security procedures.
• Managing the meeting rooms diary, preparing them as required and arranging catering.
• Handling incoming and outgoing post, arranging couriers and deliveries.
Skills and experience required:
• You will ideally have previous Receptionist experience.
• You will have a naturally warm and helpful manner, remaining calm and professional at all times.
• You will enjoy working as part of a team and be able to demonstrate good listening skills as well as basic administration skills.
• A flexible attitude is essential as is the ability to re-prioritise tasks when urgent requirements arise.
This is a great opportunity for someone looking for temporary work in a professional and team orientated environment.
Hours are Wednesday to Friday 9.30 - 3pm.
