37.5 p/week - Overnight 4 days on 4 days off

General Description:
The Team Leader will be responsible for overseeing all of the teams operations and activities.

Duties/Role:

• Produce Client Reports and pass to MD
• Manage & Supervise the Team
• Allocate work loads and scheduling
• Escalate any client issues to MD
• Client Delivery - Lead Generation
• Campaign Briefing to Lead Generators
• Quality Control of Databases

Skills:
• Excellent Communication Skills
• Ability to think on your feet and use features and benefits
• A good clear telephone manner
• Tenacity and resilience
• Basic IT skills Word, Excel etc.
• A cheerful and positive disposition
• The ability to motivate and lead the team

Experience:
• A minimum of 2 years outbound B2B calling experience
• A proven track record of arranging quality appointments
• Some degree of supervisory experience is desired

Package:
• Basic Salary - GBP30k to GBP35k - depending upon experience
• OTE - GBP35k to GBP45k
