I am recruiting for a bright, personable office administrator/receptionist for a permanent role in Stow-on-the-Wold.

The position is offering an immediate start and is a great opportunity for someone looking to develop their experience into a cross functional role including reception, administration and secretarial support or a graduate looking for their first role from university. You will work as an essential part of a small team of 10 and will be expected to work in an efficient and professional manner.

The position is full-time, Monday to Friday 9am - 5.30pm and paying GBP19,500 - GBP20,000

Duties:

  • first point of contact for incoming calls, email and greeting clients in the office
  • providing admin support to all staff, arranging meetings etc
  • document management, filing, scanning, managing incoming and outgoing post, document creation

Desirable experience and skills:

  • ideally you will have previous office experience or be quick to pick things up
  • confident communication skills both via phone and email
  • good IT skills
  • professional and pro-active manner
