Our client are a family firm of Estate Agents who are looking for a motivated and experienced Inventory Clerk & Property Inspector on a part time basis. The ideal candidate must have excellent communication skills and experience with the property industry to manage clients such as Landlords and tenants for property inspections and inventory work.
Main Duties:
some of the key duties are listed below which includes but are not limited to:
* Organising access for Inventory compilation
* Visit and compile Inventory, (currently handwritten list or software as yet to be identified)
* Contact Tenant and organise routine property visits.
* Attend visit and broach topics of concern at the property if applicable and tenant in attendance.
* Advise Landlord of outcome.
* Confirm in writing to Tenant if issues require their attention.
* Organise a re-visit to check Tenant has complied.
* Arrange any repair issues noticed by you or raised by Tenant.
* Draw up a schedule of work and quotes and provide to Landlord and agree same.
* Make notes and update the system.
* Ensure dates are changed on system alerting next time of visit
* Answering incoming telephone calls
* Taking details of Applicants and passing them to the appropriate person
* Organising Viewings for properties To Let (and making diary entry)
* Chase up Renewal Contract confirmation with Tenant or Landlord.
