About the team:
The Mortgage Servicing team process mortgage related administrative tasks for the lending brands within OSB Group.

What you will be doing:
In this role, you will be responsible for all UK Mortgage Servicing activities for KRBS and Channel Islands activity. This will include overseeing all processing activity from completions through to account closure and enquiries from UK teams, India and Solicitors.
A key part of this position is the line management, performance management and development of a team of Mortgage Servicing staff with 11 direct reports.
Your responsibilities will include???
- The management and service delivery of the UK Mortgage Servicing team to ensure that the team provide a consistently high quality of customer service
- Monitoring and managing workflow queues to ensure service level agreements are met
- Being the point of escalation to address technical and complex queries from customers, staff and third parties
- Preparing regular management information reports around key updates, issues and achievements
- Approving of post contract variations and financial payments in line with the relevant mandates
- Taking ownership of any identified risks and/or issues, from investigation to corrective actions and monitoring through to closure
Please be aware that this is a Fixed Term Contract for a period of 12 months based in our Chatham office

We offer a base salary dependent on experience of between GBP30,500 - GBP33,500 and a competitive benefits package including:

We are looking for talented individuals who have the experience/knowledge and qualifications set out below:
- Line management experience within financial services
- Previous work experience in a Mortgage Servicing team or environment
- Strong knowledge of Data Protection Act, Anti-Money Laundering, MCOBS and MMR
