Here at South Thames College, we are now looking for two Senior Curriculum Administrators to oversee the day-to-day administrative work required by the Head of College Administration & Exams, including the supervision and line management of administration staff.
You will also lead on a particular theme or area in relation to the Colleges main provision types and implement agreed customer facing systems and processes to support learners, managers and teachers to help facilitate the delivery of high-quality teaching and learning.
We’re looking for an individual who holds a Level 3 qualification and who has experience of working in an educational environment. We’d like you to have a good understanding of School business processes and how these can be improved to place the learner at the heart of the School work, and have sound knowledge of College processes and procedures related to students such as enrolment and admissions. You’ll need to demonstrate experience of the effective use of cross-college systems in terms of the student lifecycle and have familiarity with data protection regulations surrounding student data.
It goes without saying that you will need excellent IT skills, including familiarity with Word, Excel, PowerPoint and email. You’ll need to have strong organisational and administrative skills, a good attention to detail and some experience of leading a team, prioritising own work along with supervising the work of others.
