You’ll manage large scale and varied regeneration projects including leading the design and delivery of new and refurbished homes, mixed uses and mixed tenures, public realm and community facilities all within a neighbourhood regeneration setting. Establishing and maintaining effective project management processes and partnership relationships and ensuring delivery of projects and programmes to meet One Manchester’s Place making vision, growth strategy, sustainability aspirations and development standards.
We’re looking for someone with experience of successfully delivering housing development and regeneration programmes, that has sound knowledge of housing, newbuild and retrofit, land and planning, financial modelling and appraisal, conveyancing and construction sectors. Ideally you’ll have held a project management role or position managing a design team dealing with multi-faceted regeneration schemes. Holding excellent partnership and stakeholder engagement skills, you’ll have the ability to communicate, influence, negotiate and advocate, and be committed to involving and listening to residents, as well as working collaboratively with colleagues.
