We are looking for an experienced Administrator for an immediate start temporary assignment based in Celtic Springs.

Working within a busy team you will provide administration support and duties will include:-
  • Liaising with internal and external Customers
  • Producing and sending quotations
  • Operating office systems
  • Processing documents
  • Maintaining accurate records
  • Accessing information

The successful candidate must have:-
  • Previous office administration experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Good numerical skills and attention to detail
  • The ability to work to deadlines

Hours of work are 8.30am - 4.30pm Monday to Friday with some flexibility during busy periods.
