Main Duties:
Creating a new compliance process to cover multiple countries - trade compliance, legal and product compliance
Advise and influence key stakeholders
Build relationships across the group in order to streamline compliance process
Be able to tweak and improve the design once it goes live
Consultant and create a strategy in order to build a future proof concept
Develop tools and templates
Skills / Experience
The role would best suit a compliance generalist who can map out "as is" process, design "to be" process and move stakeholders with them from one to the other.
Must be capable of understanding the overall strategy and the details.
Some days will be high level, strategic/ conceptual and others will be rolling their sleeves up and getting stuck in so a willingness/ capability to do both will be key.
