With a strong and supportive Science department already in place, the school are seeking to appoint a full-time dynamic teacher of Physics. The successful candidate will be teaching Physics Science to GCSE and A Level classes. The appointed person will be fully involved in departmental development, target setting and evaluation of student progress and will possess the following attributes: The role pays to scale based on experience and there is the opportunity to move into a permanent role.
The school is ideally looking for an experienced teacher who has high expectations and strong behaviour management. The school have a proven track record of support and development for all colleagues.

The Science Teacher must:
*Be a Physics specialist
*Hold QTS Status
*Have previous teaching experience
*Have energy, commitment and creativity
*Be able to engage well with colleagues, children and their parents
*Have a positive attitude
*Have strong behaviour management
*Have clear and strong written and spoken communication skills
*Be available and willing to commit for the academic year 2020/21
