Sales Support Assistant
Here is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-established company based in Marlow.
GBP22K - GBP25K (per annum) D.O.E.
This role is a 6 month fixed term contract.
Reporting to the Vice President of Sales, you will be accountable for providing sales and administration support.
Responsibilities
* Following up on prospecting leads as directed, including e-catalogue requests through lead qualification process
* Taking briefs from customers and sales teams, ensuring these are processed and actioned to win the business
* Managing office sample stores, ensuring ease of use and stocked appropriately
* Document exhibition briefs and following up on actions agreed with the sales team
* Participating in trade shows, preparing samples, co-ordinating booth set-up and breaking down
* Supporting the sales teams on CRM inputs, ensuring information is accurate and up to date, from initiation of lead to opportunity won
* Preparing/processing/supporting/following up on stock item quotations
* Taking direction from the sales team on allocation of margins
* Following up on sending samples and dealing with general customer requests
* Ensuring a tally is kept on costs, such as couriers, to ensure it is within budgets
* Supporting with the preparation of information required to issue project award document
* Supporting the sales team with the hand-over of won projects to the deliver team
* Driving key KPIs to enhance performance and to look for continuous improvement
* Serving as a support executive, being accountable in the delivering of exceptional service in a dynamic and fast paced sales environment
About you
* A recent graduate or with previous (minimum 2 years) experience within a similar role
* Knowledge of CRM IT Office tools
* Advanced level English (both verbal and written)
* Good analytical, problem solving, planning and organisational skills
* Action orientated, resourceful and self-disciplined
* Good relationship building and customer service skills, with a drive for results
* Programme and project management experience, with financial acumen
