We are a well-established engineering organisation who has had a presence in the region for many years, providing NON automotive products, primarily to the UK market and we are looking to recruit a Facilities Maintenance Supervisor

Duties of an Facilities Maintenance Supervisor
* Working alongside the Site Manager you will support a small team of engineers that support the site. The role will be require you to provide "Hands On" support but will also see you being responsible for ensuring third party service providers of both Hard & Soft Services are working to agreed standards, statutory inspections are undertaken to schedule and the Health & Safety legislation is adhered to.
Requirements of an Facilities Maintenance Supervisor
* You must have a proven FM background and have previous experience of managing third party contract providers of both Hard & Soft Services and have also had direct experience of either undertaking or appointing external contractors to undertake statutory inspections. The role also requires you to have and Electrical background and be comfortable to getting "Hands On" when required.
Due to the working environment you must also have gained your FM experience from working within either a Distribution, Manufacturing, Process or Production environment.
The role is commutable from Cannock, Lichfield and Tamworth
