Minute Taker (Part Time)



Pay rate depending on experience

Tuesday-Thursday 9am-5pm

Our client has a vacancy for a Minute Taker to join their busy team on an ongoing temporary basis. The requirement is for someone to work 3 days per week, ideally Tuesday-Thursday. The main purpose of the role will be to take minute during meetings but you may be able to assist with other administrative duties.

Responsibilities and duties will include, but not limited to:

* Take minutes in formal meetings and type up minutes ready for distribution

* Prepare agendas, collate relevant documentation for meetings

* To undertake administrative duties such as photocopying, scanning and mail-out distributions.

Skills and Experience

To be considered for this opportunity, you must have previous minute taking experience. Some of these meetings will be completed via zoom/teams where you will be remotely logging in. You must be highly organised, self-motivated and have first class administration skills. You should also be available to start at short notice.
