If you love all things tech AND customer service, then we want to hear from you. As a Helpdesk Engineer you will provide technical support for customers and employees.

Your role will involve setting up new users and installing and configuring mobile devices. You will also manage any issues surrounding cloud technologies, windows server, Mac architecture and networks, whilst also offering general user support.

For this role you'll have all round IT support experience and be confident with Apple and Microsoft devices. This also includes experience in Active Directory, DNS, switches, routers, firewalls and Microsoft technology stack.

Of course, customer service will also be at the heart of everything you do.

Salary: Competitive
