Interaction Recruitment are recruiting a Team Leader for a well established building supplier in Bermuda Park Nuneaton
This is a permanent role for the right candidates
Duties include -Some manual lifting of bags of building materials (cement, sand etc), palletising of goods and working of machinery. Operating of a loading machine and supervising and managing teams on your shift to carry out the necessary tasks.
The ideal candidate would ideally have their own transport , not be afraid of geting there hands dirty and be available long term due to this being a permanent position. Supervisory/team leader experience is essential for this role, and mobile plant machinery experience is desirable. The right candidate will also hold a Counterbalance license.
The shift you will be required to work will be 2-10 (static shift) Monday to Friday with overtime available at weekends
Salary - GBP11.15 - GBP13.57 per hour + Overtime at T1/2 Saturday, T2 Sunday/Bank Holidays
