My client is looking for a Claims coordinator to come on board on a permanent basis. The successful candidate will be the first point of contact for all customer complaints.
You will be working for a company that offer opportunities to grow within the company, gain new skill sets and work on exciting new projects.
Responsibilities include:
??Investigate claims daily
??Liaising with insurance companies & stakeholders
??Follow up / close enquiries in a timely manner with an audit trail
??Ensure that complaints are responded to accordingly
??Work with colleagues & various departments to ensure all evidence is acquired
??First point of call for customer complaints as they arise.
The ideal candidate must:
??Excellent communication skills
??The ability to work under pressure
??Experience of dealing with customer complaints.
??IT skills, competent with the use of internet, email and Microsoft
