We are currently recruiting for a temporary Administrator to join a well-established company in the food manufacturing sector on the outskirts of Scarborough. You will be required to support for 6-8 weeks; this possibly could extend dependent on workload therefore we are looking for a candidate who can be flexible and willing.
Some of the key responsibilities:
Management of posters that get printed and sent to the shop
Management of applications, making sure they get sent to the various contacts ready for the interview.
Arranging interview calls and confirming via email
Sending rejection emails to unsuccessful applicants
Updating social mediaThis will be working 5 days per week between 9.00am-4.30pm 30 minutes for lunch therefore ideal for school morning drop offs. You will be paid an hourly rate of GBP9.00 per hour.
