Our client based in Cheltenham are looking for a vibrant and motivated Scheduler to join their team on a temporary to permanent basis. They pride themselves on team ethos and everyone having an exceptional work ethic so you must be prepared to be "hands on"!
Our client is looking for someone who can wear many hats within one role; you must be flexible, adaptable and above all hard working!
This is a varied Scheduler role so you will need to be comfortable multi-tasking, be self-motivated with a methodical approach to work and have strong administration skills. You must be confident with your customer service skills, demonstrate excellent communication skills when dealing with customers and be capable of resolving any potential problems. You will be responsible for updating and maintaining customer contact details, managing work projects, organising workload schedules for the team and ensuring all deadlines are met.
This is a fast-paced working environment so our client is looking for a Scheduler that has high energy levels, that can work well under pressure and that has the motivation to succeed.
To be considered for this role you must have previous experience in customer service and ideally some form of upselling and cross selling, any scheduling experience will also be a distinct advantage. You will also be required to process invoices so knowledge of excel would be beneficial.
This is a family run industrial cleaning company with a great reputation locally and they are looking for a Scheduler to join them to maintain and continue this. This is a full-time office-based role, the hours are (Apply online only) with an attractive starting salary of GBP10 an hour.
