Assistant Manager
Our client, an events venue based in Abingdon has an exciting opportunity to join their team as Assistant Manager.
The successful candidate will be entitled to GBP25-30k and would be working 40 hours p/w. Please note this is a temporary to permanent post.
The Role
• Effectively oversee and manage the various outlets of the department
• Maximise revenue generation through sales and upselling by staff
• Monitor all costs and implement/recommend measures to control them
• Ensure that goods receiving procedures are in place and maintained by staff to check incoming stock with delivery notes
The Ideal Candidate
• Experience of overseeing hospitality duties in a similar role (12 months)
• Great verbal and written communication skills
• Problem solving and adaptability
• Friendly and Positive to customers
