German Speaking Customer Service
Are you native German or fluent in German, with fluent English speaking skills? We are looking for candidates who are wanting to use their language skills who have a customer service/account management background. With a salary of 25k + bonus/commission, you will be working for a reputable and forward-thinking market research company specialising within the meetings and events industry.
- Liaising with clients over the phone being sure to provide a high level of customer service.
- Utilising online tools, databases, search engines, and apps to research, analyse and reach out to potential market sectors, prospects, and leads.
- Building and nurturing relationships with these potential prospects/leads
- Maintaining a clear and concise pipeline of research opportunities, ensuring the pipeline of leads are well organized, following up in a timely fashion and ensuring that 'call-back' dates are met, and relationships are maintained
- Entering new leads/data into the database system and updating existing records
- Meeting targets and KPIs, weekly, monthly, and annually
- Fluent/Native German speaker with fluent English communication skills
- Strong written and oral interpersonal communication skills with the ability to build and maintain productive working relationships
- Ability to work independently & proactively, to initiate processes and drive through results to achieve targets
- Experience within customer service, sales, or account management role
- The ability to work in a professional, positive manner and with tenacity
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
