A rapidly growing business are seeking the support of a Part Time Finance Assistant. The role will involve supporting the Head of Finance with the day-to-day finance duties within the business including resolving any matters which may arise.
Your new role
Duties will include but not be limited to:
- Delivering an efficient debt chasing process including maintenance of the sales ledger
- Manage the purchase ledger, processing of invoices, assisting with supplier and client queries and the completion of new supplier forms
- Bank reconciliations
- Assist with balance sheet reconciliations and any other ad hoc projects
- Preparation of journals
What you'll need to succeed
The successful candidate will have previous finance experience within a fast paced SME and be flexible in terms of their approach to delivering the requirement of the role. Excellent communication skills, problem solving, and the ability to manage a busy workload under pressure are essential. Experience of Xero would be advantageous.
