Hours: Full-time

Contract: Permanent

Salary: £32,234 - £35,745 per year

Location: Based at Ena Hughes Resource Centre, 2 Ellesmere Street, Failsworth, M35 9AD

Through our various services, the MioCare Group provides care and support to people while promoting independence, choice and wellbeing. Created as a provider by Oldham Council, our ambition is to set the standard for quality of care in the sector.

We are looking for someone to lead on the development and delivery of our Positive Behaviour Management and Autism Strategy – a strategy that will ensure our Supported Living residents are kept safe while enjoying rewarding and fulfilling lives.

The post holder will lead on all aspects of behaviour management and autism – encompassing the achievement and maintenance of our accreditation with the National Autistic Society (NAS) – acting as a first point of contact for staff and stakeholders (including those using our services and their representatives, family, carers, etc).
