Siamo Recruitment have an exciting opportunity to work alongside a well-established independent, privately owned company. Due to the business growth, they are now in the market for a driven Admin Assistant with a keen approach to work to support their current small team.
GBP9.00 Per Hour
9am - 5pm
Monday - Friday
You will be responsible for aiding the daily running of the office through varied administrative and clerical duties, alongside customer facing operations including but not limited to order processing and queries.
As a Trainee Admin Assistant your role will have the following duties and responsibilities:
Process customer orders
Taking customer support requests and queries providing them with exceptional customer service
Manage incoming delivery bookings
Processing of loose loads and collections
Assist the Transport Manager with bookings during busy periods
Arrange dispatch and/or collection of Advertising Boards
Manage stock levels and liaising with suppliers
Mailing of advertising materials such as brochures and price lists
General office administration
Greet visitors
The ideal candidate for this exciting role will have the following professional exposure and personal attributes:
Hard-working team player
Must have good written and spoken communication skills with excellent telephone manner
Good time management and the ability to prioritise workload
The ability to work well under pressure
Strong administration skills
