Salary is dependent on experience, training or qualifications. The minimum experience, training or qualifications required for this position is to hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and experience working in schools.

The role is suitable for both experienced teachers and NQT's

Vision for Education is looking to appoint a primary school teacher (KS1) to join our successful supply team and work in a lovely local primary school in Blackburn, Lancashire. This is a long-term contract in a primary teacher role (KS1) role which will commence in September 2021 until July 2022. This position will be full-time, and working hours will be 8:30 -15:45 Monday to Friday.

The role

Working as part of a successful, exciting and nurturing team in a fantastic school as a KS1 class teacher. The succesful KS1 class teacher will be expected to be comfortable and confident with the Key Stage 1 (KS1) curriculum and will be responsible for planning and executing lessons in line with learning objectives. All while focusing on engaging the class and providing tailored support to individual pupils that require extra help.

Requirements

To be considered for the KS1 Class Teacher position, you will:

• Hold a minimum of QTS and be confident infront of a class.

• Have experience of working in a primary setting.

• Have a genuine desire to become part of a committed team of school staff.

• Have experience of delivering classes with success.

• Experience of working with children with a range of needs would be advantagious.
