Tenant Liaison Officer - Vehicle Owner Monday, Tuesday, Thursday 9:00am to 6:00pm Wednesday and Friday 9:00am to 5:30pm.
Our New Southgate based client has an opportunity to join their team on a premananet basis acting as a point of contact between landlords, tenants and subcontractors. The role will suit someone who can deliever excellent communication skills.
Day to day responsibilities include:
Inspecting properties and assigning new clients to internal database.
Mediating between landlords and tenants,particularly regarding maintenance issues.
Liaising with subcontractors to rectify maintenance issues.
Offering a good understanding of property defects..
The successful candidate will ideally have a property background
