Contracts Manager
A new position is now available for a Contracts Manager to join this reputable Construction business to work in their roofing and cladding division.
We seek a Contracts Manager, Site Supervisor, Project Manager or Site Manager to step into the newly created role.
Based out of their East Midlands office with 50% office and 50% site presence, you will run approximately x4 live projects at any one time.
Geographical catchment of candiates can be from Nottingham, Derby, Leicester etc.
Working on projects valued at an average of 250K-500K, these schemes are predominantly Midlands based and require no working or staying away.
Such projects include Education, commercial and industrial sectors as well as some residential care homes, retail parks and industrial sheds.
Responsible for finding labour, managing materials, timelines and handovers, you will be well organised and professional.
Should you have the kind of background in roofing and cladding or if you just have roofing and would like to further your experience in cladding then we would like to hear from you.
