Permanent - Part Time (30 hours per week - flexible hours / days)


We are recruiting for a Lettings Officer to join our Lettings team on a part-time basis working 30 hours per week (flexible hours/days) to be responsible for the letting of properties with minimal void loss to Saffron.


Key responsibilities include:

  • Being the main point of contact working with applicants, providing advice and assistance, and keeping them regularly informed of their application process.
  • Allocating Saffron’s housing stock in line with Saffron’s Policies and Procedures.
  • Ensuring all computerised data is updated and recorded correctly to ensure that statistics and management reports are produced accurately.

  • Relevant experience of working within lettings or a similar customer focused environment.
