Installation Manager
Location: Ideal location: Leeds -Bradford
My client is a high quality KBB furniture manufacturer, passionate about both their products and their customers, with a reputation second to none. Their philosophy is to design and manufacture to exacting standards, using carefully selected raw materials and the result is high quality, modern product, made by people who care, built for a long lifespan, and offering the very best value for money.
Reporting to a Senior Manager, this home based position will take responsibility for all of the kitchen installation projects with major house builders. - primarily focused in the Yorkshire area.
You will be field based, covering multiple sites for installations within regional house builders and developers and the Higher Education sector through developing a team of regional fitters. You will oversee the installs from delivery to completion, organising workloads and managing timescales for the fitters, carry out site surveys and closing off any snags or remedials through to customer sign off. The role is very autonomous reporting all KPI information back to Head Office.
We're looking for a well organised, methodical and professional individual from a KBB, kitchen design/install or shop fitting background, or someone with "on the tools" experience looking to step away to a more career orientated management position. Your understanding of the on-site issues faced by fitters and suppliers will be invaluable in this role, plus your attention to detail must be first rate. We also want a lively character, great at developing relationships across the board who can hit the ground running and thrive in this fast- paced environment.
