Food and Beverage Supervisor

We are looking for a passionate and ambitious Food & Beverage Supervisor to join a recently renovated luxury destination venue for their site in Oxford. You will be part of a well-respected, fresh food restaurant and bar serving high-quality dishes in a relaxed but quirky environment, with excellent opportunities to progress.

Food and Beverage Supervisor role:

You will provide a first class guest experience while supporting the increase of the food and beverage provision
You will understand the people you manage, mentor, coach and identify the training needs required to maximise profitability.
Exercise and adhere to company policies and procedures, ability to address any issue in store through the understanding of HR disciplines.
You will be required to deputise fort he General manager in their absence Food and Beverage Supervisor requirements;

Ideally from a people and customer focused business - restaurant group/brand
Excellent man-management skills
Experience of leading a team in a high volume restaurant group/brand
Well-presented, articulate and have a real passion for delivering the highest level of service to company standardsThis role allows the successful candidate to put their own step on the restaurant and bar while increasing revenue.

In return for your hard work the salary will be up to GBP24,000 plus great benefits.
