We are looking for dedicated Support Workers to work in Worthing and surrounding areas.
You'll be working to support and enrich the lives of a group of adults requiring specialist learning and physical disability support. We're looking for someone who can be creative in the way that they meet the needs of those they are caring for whilst also providing personal care and tailored support with everyday tasks.
In return we are able to offer flexible shifts that work around any other commitments, weekly pay and a caring and supportive on call support team.
The Role
Delivering high quality person centred care to service users ensuring that they lead fulfilling lives.
You will engage in daily activities to promote the service users health, wellbeing and encouraging their independence.
You'll be supporting service users out in the community by attending activities such as bowling, cinema, shopping etc as well as attending appointments
