To build and grow a client base of business customer accounts and ensuring each benefit from a brilliant experience
Full Time - Monday to Friday 0830 - 1700 (40 hours)
Key responsibilities to include:
* To actively and progressively build a customer account base through business development activity including networking, social media platforms, telephone and face to face meetings
* To work to exceed an internal activity framework of targets
* To proactively develop and maintain long term business relationships with customer accounts through the provision of a brilliant customer account experience based on integrity, authenticity and honesty
* Visiting new customer accounts to develop a thorough understanding of their business, their industry, what they do and their work culture and environment
* Servicing existing customer accounts to ensure a sustainable high level of service, but to identify further business opportunities
* Selling in candidates to existing and prospective clients by telephone or other communication methods
* Advertise vacancies and match candidates to job roles
* Engaging with Brand Manager to explore opportunities to build brand awareness
* Regularly updating CRM "DAVE" with customer account communications, data and information
* Briefing the candidate about the responsibilities, salary and benefits of vacancies
* Negotiating pay rates and salaries to complete job offers between client and candidates
* Offering advice to customer accounts with regards to salaries, market knowledge, candidate attraction and retention
* Exceeding financial targets in line with BIG ANT expectations
* Reviewing recruitment policies to ensure effectiveness of selection techniques and recruitment procedures
* To support with the adherence to all legislative guidelines and recruitment best practice
* To ensure all new customer account information is completed including credit checks, annual terms of business and pay and charge matrixes are accurately submitted to the CRM system
* To manage invoice queries from your customer accounts.
* To support the recruitment process through the management of applications forms, inputting information onto the internal database ensuring accuracy and compliance with BIG ANT Internal Policies and client contractual obligations
