Salary: £30,000
Hours of work: Full time & Permanent (35 hours per week supported by flexible working)
Location: Home-based in Wales with frequent travel to our head office in Cardiff

We have an exciting opportunity for someone to join our Fundraising team as a Corporate & Development Fundraising Manager.
What you’ll be doing
As our fundraising programme for 2021/22 financial year gets underway, we are looking for a Corporate & Development Fundraising Manager to join our team at this exciting time at Tenovus Cancer Care. Our fundraising development programme forms a key part in our ambitious plans for growth as we strive to support all those affected by cancer in Wales.
As Corporate & Development Fundraising Manager the postholder will help grow and develop the corporate fundraising stream of the charity with our Regional Fundraising Managers. While leading the regular giving income streams (Regular Giving, Pay Roll Giving, Lottery, Free Wills, and our Christmas Appeal) of the charity in line with agreed budgets and to improve our return on investment.

The role helps support much of what Tenovus Cancer Care delivers, so you’ll need to be dedicated and passionate about supporting cancer patients and their loved ones. In return, the role will give you the opportunity to improve the lives of people affected by cancer by maximising income streams to help fund our research and cancer support services.
To be considered for this job your CV should show that you have:
Excellent and successful track record of delivering Corporate Fundraising budgets
Budget planning and management
Experience of writing and delivering applications and pitches for Charity of the Year partnerships
A successful track record of achievement in sales/marketing/fundraising
A proven track record of managing a team
Experience of developing a pipeline of corporate prospects
Experience of using databases
Experience of delivering first class account management
