Vacancy for a Commercial Dispute Resolution Solicitor (minimum 3 Years PQE)
Due to continued growth and client demand we are looking for a Commercial Dispute Resolution solicitor to join our highly regarded Dispute Resolution team as an Associate / Senior Associate (dependent on experience), based at our Cardiff offices.

We are looking for a driven and ambitious candidate to provide a high quality service to clients, and to help play a part in our further growth. You would be joining a busy team with the opportunity to advise clients on a wide range of commercial disputes, acting for clients based in Wales and across the UK. Knowledge of the Welsh Language is an advantage, but not essential.
Technical skills and experience
* We are looking for evidence of experience of work in a range of commercial dispute resolution matters. A client following is advantageous though not essential.
* The work to be undertaken includes a variety of commercial disputes. Experience in construction related work would be of particular interest to us, though we would consider experience in a wider range of dispute resolution areas.
* As well as being enthusiastic and ambitious, you will require good academics, be technically strong with excellent drafting and written communication skills, and a proven ability to deal effectively with clients having strong interpersonal and team skills.
