As a market leader in the cruise industry, Carnival operate spectacular ships all over the world.

The Role

You would be responsible for providing customers and travel agent partners with an extraordinary standard of customer service, securing bookings with dedication as well as maximising all sales opportunities.

In this role you will be responsible for answering calls from customers and travel agents, responding to consumer enquiries and converting sales. In addition you will need to build and maintain effective relationships with colleagues and guests and ensure that email requests regarding product and reservations are dealt with effectively.

About You

We are looking for someone who is able to offer the very best service to our guests, so you will need to be a confident communicator, with a positive attitude and an enthusiastic approach. You will also have strong interpersonal skills, coupled with a good level of computer literacy. In addition you will be detail driven with strong organisational and time management skills.

About the Team

As part of our Shared Service function, the Contact Centre Operation is the heart of what we do. With over 250 employees in Carnival House, we are the cornerstone of P&O Cruises and Cunard. Our roles include; Personal Cruise Advisor, Flights Advisor, Guest Services Coordinator and Guest Relations Representative. It is often the first place where our guests contact us, so high levels of service are really important. There are also a variety of support roles working alongside our Contact Centre telephony teams including; Service Development, Resource Planning & Performance and Communications.
