Student Recruitment Coordinator

My client a financial services firm based in Watford is currently seeking a Student Recruitment coordinator, paying up to GBP30,000 plus an excellent benefits package, to join their fast-paced growing people team. This is a 9 months contract with the potential to go permanent and will be in initially working from home full time until later in the year when the company will return to a 2 day in the office flexible working model.

The role will be supporting the student recruitment team with the following duties:

• Coordinating and facilitating Assessment Centre days
• Managing candidate pipelines for the various student programmes
• Closely monitoring and reporting the number of candidates coming through the process making sure they are meeting KPIs and targets
• Being the first point of contact and managing the team inbox
• Screening candidates
• Providing candidates feedback on the performance at Assessment days
• Helping with onboarding and inductions
• Working closely with Schools and academic establishments, creating long term relationships
• Organise and deliver events aimed at schools, liaising with volunteers
• Create and implement plans with target schools
• Creating marketing plans for all the target schools in the area

This is an excellent opportunity for a recruiter who has experience working withing the student recruitment/ campus recruitment space, you will have already undertaken 2 cycles of recruitment and understand the process. You will be able to demonstrate knowledge and experience of the student marketplace as well as having passion to drive the recruitment forward. You will be a confident presenter and will enjoy running recruitment events. Have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment as well as great self-starter.
