The successful candidate will cover the building services sector in the North of England and Scotland, selling pumps, booster pump sets and controls.
The key responsibilities of a Building Services Sales Manager include, but are not limited to:
- Developing sales systems and processes.
- Identifying target clients.
- Pitching to clients and selling.
- Reaching profit and revenue targets.
- Keeping abreast of industry developments and market conditions.

The Person
The key skills and qualities of a Building Services Sales Manager:
- Experience in the Building Services Sector, which can cover plumbing supplies, pumps, booster pump sets and valves, would be desirable but a strong sales record is a priority.
- Previous experience in a similar role with a track-record of sales achievements.
- Great communication and relationship building skills, enhancing value to customers and partners and able to bring new business to the company.
- A self-starter with a drive to success, and someone who pursues excellence in every aspect of their work.
