Billing System Analyst
Are you an experienced Billing System Analyst within the Energy industry? Do you have excellent analytical and numerical skills, with fantastic attention to detail?
Consult Energy is working with an innovative business in the Utilities industry who are looking for a hands on Billing System Analyst to join their growing team.
Billing Analyst - what will you be doing?
Resolve application related incidents in a timely and efficient manner
Carry out root cause analysis is continuously carried out to improve SLAs and reduce costs
Work closely with the service desk to provide operational support.
Work with change managers to identify new requirements to prevent future incidents. Billing Analyst - what experience will you need?
Experience in a billing role for an Energy business
Experience using or knowledge of a CRM or Billing system in the energy industry.
Strong analytical and numerical skills
Experience working with Excel
High attention to detailLocation: Birmingham
Salary: GBP24,000 - GBP26,000
