Service Desk Analyst / Leeds / Remote / Contract / Likely Extension
Corecom Consulting have been engaged to source a Service Desk Analyst on a contract basis for a Global FinTech organisation based in Leeds. This organisation has several positions live they need people to start as soon as possible to work on the backlog of tickets and be a full-fledged part of the team. You will be in a full-Service Desk role as they outsource everything and bring in permanent employees. You will need to keep the Service Desk afloat, train the new members and the 3rd party ensuring you have written all the correct documentation. You will be in a team of between 20-30 people, so you need to be able to work collaboratively within a team and communicate clearly.
