Due to continued growth we are currently looking for a Business Administrator to support all team members with day to day administrative tasks.

We are situated very close to Leeds train station and all city centre bus routes to make the commute easier for our employees.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing business.

Responsibilities and duties will include:

* Answering main office phone to take enquiries.

* Database (CRM) management

* CV formatting

* Advert posting

* Candidate screening

* Timesheet management

* Booking meeting rooms

* Arranging of interviews

* Ad-hoc payroll assistance as required.

Experience and Qualifications

* Competent level of English and Maths

* IT Literate in programmes including Word, Excel, Powerpoint etc

* Excellent written and verbal communication skills

* Personable and friendly demeanour - A major part of the role will involve speaking with candidates and clients on the phone so this is important
